BAKED TAMALE DISH 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped, cold, cooked meat
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. beef stock or water
Rye bread, crumbled
Caraway seed

Boil 2 cups water and salt. Stir in cornmeal until mush. Season meat with chili powder. Put layer of mush in baking dish. Add meat. Cover with another layer of mush. Pour in beef stock or water. Bake at 350 degrees until browned. Serves 6. Use less salt and more chili powder, ground meat instead of chopped meat. To heat mixture will add flavor.
