1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
7 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Makes 3 or 4 layers.

FILLING:

7 egg yolks
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar

Cook until thick, then stir in 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup coconut.
