OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. celery salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
6 chicken breasts
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
Pepper to taste

Combine sour cream, lemon juice and all seasonings in a bowl. Dip chicken in mixture then in bread crumbs. Arrange in buttered flat baing pan. Dribble butter over chicken.

Bake in a 300°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings.
