Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar substitute 2 tbsp. black pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. basil 2 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. oil 2 lg. onions, chopped fine Red pepper or hot sauce, optional Combine simmer all except sugar substitute, add later. 1/2 cup = 1 vegetable, 1/4 cup - free. 1 serving - 100 gm = 3 cholesterol, 0 protein, 0 fat. 50 gm - free. |
