CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer, boil until tender; skin & pick off bone
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (I use Mueller's Munchen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick of butter
Bread crumbs, enough to sprinkle over top

Cook noodles in chicken broth. Drain noodles, after they are cooked add 1 cup of the broth to the noodles. Stir in sour cream, soups and cut up chicken. Pour in baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs on top and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Serves 12. If freezing don't put bread crumbs and butter on top. Add these before baking.
