PENUCHI FUDGE 
1 c. dark brown sugar
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts or pecan nuts

Boil gently, stirring frequently, the sugar, milk, and butter and salt. When a soft ball forms when tested in cold water, remove and add rest of ingredients. Beat and pour into pan. Peanut butter, coconut, or marshmallow may also be added.
