PEAR JELL-O SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot pear juice. Cream the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of the cream. Gradually add hot Jell-O mixture to cream cheese, stirring to keep smooth. Chill. When it starts to thicken, whip it. Add mashed or pureed pears. Fold in whipped cream. Put in mold or bowl. Refreshing!
