JELLED APPLE - NUT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon-lime juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Lettuce leaves

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon-lime juice and salt. Chill until thick but not set. Add celery, apples, pecans and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into 1 quart ring mold. Chill until set. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Serves 6.
