CHICKEN GUMBO 
1 chicken
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. okra
1 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery
1 tbsp. gumbo file' powder

Boil chicken until done. Debone to bite size pieces. Set aside. Saute okra, onions, and celery in butter until tender. Then combine chicken broth, sauteed okra, onions, celery, tomatoes, and file' together. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
