PIZZA HOT DISH 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (10 oz.) cans creamed cheese soup
1/4 tsp. oregano
8 c. sliced potatoes
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Thin slices Mozzarella cheese

Lightly brown ground beef; drain and sprinkle with salt. Make sauce of onion, oregano, sugar and tomato sauce. In separate pan stir soup and milk until smooth. Add potatoes and beef to soup and milk. Spread in pan. Dot with butter. Pour tomato sauce mixture over. DO NOT STIR. Cover pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven, uncovered, until cheese bubbles, about 15 minutes.
