MEXICAN MEDLEY 
1 c. Kraft barbecue sauce with onion bits
1/4 c. water
1 (13 oz.) can flake tuna, drained or 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. green pepper strips
1 c. onion slices
2 1/4 c. hot cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or cheese processed pimiento cheese spread
1/4 c. butter

Combine barbecue sauce and water in skillet. Add tuna or chicken, green pepper, and onion; heat; cover, simmer 15 minutes. Combine rice, Cheez Whiz and butter. Mix well. Pour mixture over rice. Will serve 4 to 6.
