CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkgs. cherry jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple or 1 (20 oz.) can of sweetened crushed pineapple
1 c. pineapple juice
1 lb. pkg. ground raw cranberries
1 lg. whole orange, ground
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sugar (optional)

Dissolve jello in hot water; add and dissolve sugar with pineapple juice. Allow to get syrupy. Add remaining ingredients and chill.

If unsweetened pineapple is used, add 1/4 cup sugar.
