1 box pineapple cake mix
1 small box lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup Wesson oil
10 oz. 7 Up

Icing:

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 whole eggs
1 large. can crushed pineapple
1 can angel flake coconut

Mix cake ingredients together and bake as directed on box in a 10x13 pan. Mix icing ingredients together well. Cook over low heat until smooth. Add coconut. Spread on cooled cake.
