MINT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix with pudding
3 tbsp. creme de mint
Green food color
1 lg. jar Mrs. Richardson's Fudge ice cream topping
Cool Whip
2 tbsp. creme de mint

Bake cake as directed, use liquid as called for plus add 3 tablespoons creme de mint and a few drops green food coloring. Cool.

Spread jar of ice cream topping over cooled cake.

Spread large Cool Whip mixed with 2 tablespoons creme de mint and green food coloring over chocolate. Keep refrigerated.
