STAINED GLASS CANDY | |
1 stick butter 8 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. powdered sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 pkg. mini colored marshmallows 1 c. shredded coconut Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler. Add powdered sugar and beaten egg, continue to cook on low heat. Set mixture aside to cool. In large bowl pour chocolate mixture over colored marshmallows and chopped nuts. Stir until coated well. Form into 2 logs. Roll logs into coconut. Wrap in foil and chill overnight. Slice into approximately 1/2 inch piece candies. |
