CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
FULL RECIPE:

5 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. brown sugar
6 lg. eggs

Beat until light and fluffy.

7 c. flour
4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips (24 oz.)
4 tsp. baking soda
1 scant tsp. salt
2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

HALF RECIPE:

2 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. brown sugar
3 lg. eggs

Beat until light and fluffy.

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 reg. pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix in large mixer for full recipe. You may have to add the last cup of flour by hand mixing. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
