1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
Dash of salt

Blend everything together. Heat oil tins at 450 degrees until hot. Add mixture to hot oil until tins are 1/2 full. Cook until very tall and brown on tops.

For best results, keep one muffin pan just for Yorkshire Pudding.
