YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 scant c. flour
Salt
Beef drippings or bouillon

Heat an 8 x 10 baking pan in oven, then pour in 1/4 cup beef drippings. Move the pan back and forth until the bottom is well covered. Beat eggs until very light and fluffy; then beat in milk and flour a little at a time. Add a generous pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons beef drippings.

Pour the egg mixture into pan and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until pudding is puffy and delicately browned. Serve immediately. Yield 4 servings.
