BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked & drained rice (River)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. chopped onion (optional)

Melt cheese and milk, onion and add soup. Defrost broccoli and add rice. In 13x9 inch pan mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
