CHICKEN & MUSHROOM 
1 pkg. chicken thighs
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Wash off chicken thighs (package of 6). Place in dish. Add mushroom soup and 2 cans of water. Add salt and pepper. Cover with 1 can of mushrooms. Cover dish. Set in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve on rice. Serves 4.
