FUNNEL CAKE 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix milk and eggs. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Pour milk and egg mixture into flour and blend well. Add only as much more flour as to make even flow.

To prepare cakes, use 9 or 10-inch skillet, about 2/3 full of fat heated to 375 degrees on a controlled top burner. Pour batter into 1/2 inch funnel and let drizzle into hot fat. Spiral funnel and control outlet of batter with fingers. Brown on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot or cold.
