CRANBERRY WALNUT BREAD 
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped walnuts

In large bowl sift the flour, soda, salt and sugar. Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing only enough to moisten. Pour into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Yield: 1 loaf.
