6 eggs, beat 1 at a time
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Pinch of salt
1 sm. can Angel Flake Coconut

Mix in order given and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Use 9" pie crusts (2).
