E-Z FREEZER PICKLES 
7 c. thinly sliced young cucumbers
1 thinly sliced large onion
2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
3/4 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. celery seed

Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and celery seed. Stir until well blended. Pour over the cukes and onions until all are covered and well mixed. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Transfer into freezer containers and freeze. You can add a red or green pepper, sliced or diced, if you wish.
