EIGHT LAYER SALAD 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1 head ice berg lettuce, torn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. light or regular sour cream
1 c. light or regular mayonnaise
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled

Remove leaves and break cauliflower into flowerlets, wash thoroughly. Layer lettuce, cauliflower and peas in a 3 quart bowl in order given. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and mix well. Spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle sugar and cheese over all and top with crumbled bacon. Cover tightly and chill overnight. 10 large servings.
