DIRT:

1 lg. pkg. Oreos, ground in blender

GROUP I:

1 lg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. Cool Whip

GROUP III:

2 pkgs. (sm.) instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix Group I. Mix Group II. Mix I and II together. Spread 1/2 of Dirt in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread on cream mixture. Put rest of Dirt on top. Chill 10 to 12 hours. Serves a large group.
