CHICKEN ROMONO 
Prosciutto
Shallots
Mushr ooms
Peas
Butter
Sherry (not cooking sherry)
Artichokes, canned
Chicken broth
Brown gravy
Flour
Oil (for frying)

Flour chicken and brown with oil (discard oil). In another pan, saute Prosciutto, shallots, mushrooms in butter. Add artichokes, chicken broth, brown gravy, sherry and peas. Cook for 20 minutes. Add sauce to chicken and serve.
