MATT'S FAVORITE PORK SAUCE OVER
VERMICELLI
 
6 slices bacon
2 lg. onions
2 tsp. garlic
Black pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. pork roast cut into 1/4" cubes
1 (28 oz.) Heinz ketchup
2 c. water
1 lb. vermicelli (very thin spaghetti)

Brown bacon and onions in 3 quart saucepan until done. Add pork, garlic and pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes at medium heat or until pork is tender. Add ketchup and stir well. Add water. Simmer for 1 hour.

Cook vermicelli according to box directions. Serve sauce over vermicelli. Sauce will be very thin but it sure is good!
