3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift all together and add 3 cups sugar, 3 eggs, 1 cup Wesson oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes, and 1 cup pecans or raisins. Grease and flour one pound coffee cans. Pour half full and bake at 350 degrees.
