SUMMER BREEZE PARFAIT 
3 c. grapefruit sections
3 ripe bananas, sliced
3/4 c. Florida grapefruit juice
3/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. coconut macaroon crumbs
3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
3/8 c. toasted, slivered almonds

In medium bowl, combine grapefruit sections, bananas, grapefruit juice and cinnamon; mix well. In parfait glasses or dessert dishes, alternately layer fruit mixture with macaroon crumbs. Top each with chipped cream and almonds. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
