APRICOT DESSERT 
1 lg. angel food cake, broken in chunks
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 5 oz.
3 c. apricot nectar & juice

Cook above as directed on package. Pour over cake chunks, let stand in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip or cream as preferred. Add 1 can of peeled apricots (drained), put through food mill or cut fine. 13 x 9 inch pan.
