ASPARAGUS - STEAK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground round steak
1 tsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can asparagus tips
Grated cheese
Cracker crumbs

Saute onion, pepper, and garlic in oil. Add meat and cook until redness is gone. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat. Place in casserole. Spread asparagus across the top. Add thick layer of cheese; top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
