OVERNIGHT LAYER SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 head cauliflower
1 c. frozen peas
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
3 strips crisp bacon
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Wash and drain lettuce and cauliflower. Tear lettuce, break apart cauliflower. Make layers of first lettuce, then onions, cauliflower, and peas. Repeat until bowl is filled, ending with lettuce. Spread mayonnaise on top, sealing in edges. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Marinate overnight. Serves 10.
