LINDA'S LAYERED OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 head cauliflower, florets only
1 lg. sweet onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, frizzled crisp and crumbled
2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. sugar

In large bowl, layer ingredients in order listed. Cover bowl air tight. Put in refrigerator overnight. Toss just before serving. Use 1/4 of recipe for family of 4. Peas can be added or substituted for cauliflower.
