CARAMEL CORN 
6-7 qts. popped corn (keep warm in 200 degree oven)
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup (light)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
(Peanuts, if desired)

Boil brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking powder. Stir. Pour over warm popcorn and peanuts. Spread in a large pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour or until crisp. Break into bite size pieces.
