1 egg
1 c. chunky peanut butter (may use plain)
1 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix well, roll in small ball and flatten on cookie sheet with a fork in criss cross pattern. Bake 10 minutes. May add a Hershey Kiss or five or six milk chocolate bits in center of cookie immediately when removed from oven.
