ALMOND CRUNCH CEREAL 
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. slivered blanched almonds
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. cold water

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Lightly oil large, shallow pan. In bowl, combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds. Mix honey and oil in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add water, a little at a time, until crumbly. Pour into lightly oiled shallow pan. Spread evenly to edges. Put in middle rack; bake 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Add almonds and bake for 30 minutes more or until mixture is dry and light brown. Turn off oven and let cool in oven. Store in tightly covered container.
