1 stick butter 55 Ritz crackers 2 lg. boxes vanilla instant pudding 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 1 lg. bowl Cool Whip Coconut Butter Melt butter, crush crackers; mix. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan and press like a pie crust. Make pudding as per box, add 3/4 of the 1/2 gallon of ice cream. Mix well; add 1 large bowl Cool Whip; mix again pour over crust and freeze. Brown coconut in butter. Sprinkle over after coconut cools. |
