CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
18 Nabisco vanilla wafers

Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. Put 1 wafer in bottom of 18 cupcake liners. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Top with canned pie filling. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Refrigerate.
