LENTIL PATTIES 
2 c. cooked lentils
2 c. cooked rice
2-4 crackers, crumbled
2 eggs
Salt
Evaporated milk or cream
Flour to hold together
1 c. chopped onion

Drain lentils and rice; mash together. Add rest of ingredients. Form into patties and simmer in mushroom soup.
