SIRLOIN STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onions
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
3 lbs. sirloin steak, cut 1 1/2 inch strips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. sour cream
Minced parsley
Fresh, hot cooked noodles

Saute onion in butter 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, add beef and cook until browned. Add next 6 ingredients, reduce heat and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and stir in sour cream. Cook over low heat until blended. Serve over noodles.
