SIMPLE SAVORY SIRLOIN TIPS 
2-3 lbs. sirloin tips
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. cold water

Can use whole steak, cut into 1 1/2" x 1/2" strips.

Put oil in frying pan on high heat; put tips in oil when hot. Stir until light brown. Turn heat down to medium, put a lid on and let simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring once. Add package of gravy and cold water, stirring until dissolved. Turn heat on simmer, stirring often until gravy is thick, about 10 minutes. Feeds 4 to 6. Great over noodles or serve with vegetables.
