DUTCH BABY PANCAKE 
1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Nutmeg
Powdered sugar

Put 1/3 cup butter into 3-4 quart pan and set in oven to melt. Prepare batter: whirl in blender 60 seconds: 4 eggs. Slowly add 1 cup milk and 1 cup flour. Continue blending at high speed for 30 seconds. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into hot melted butter. Return to oven and bake until puffy and well browned (20-25 minutes). Dust with nutmeg and powdered sugar.

For German pancakes bake 15 minutes, remove and sprinkle with fresh apple slices. Return to oven. Dust with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Serve with butter and lemon slices.
