2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups coconut flakes
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 egg (depending on how thick it is)
1/4 cup sifted sugar, for sprinkling

Heat the oven to 350°F. Combine all the solids in a large bowl. Then combine the liquids in. Take an ice cream scoop and put the mixture on a baking sheet. Put in the oven. Set the timer for 15 minutes, take out and let cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on it.
