3 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. salt 16 oz. frozen haddock fillets Bring water to boil with vinegar and salt. Drop fillets into boiling water. Return to boil and cook 25 minutes. Lift fish onto a baking sheet, season to taste with paprika and lemon juice. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with melted butter and lemon juice. |
