OREO COOKIE DELIGHT 
16 oz. pkg. Oreos
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. (6 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush cookies (reserve 1/2 cup). Add melted butter to crumbs and press in 13"x9" pan. Blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. (If necessary add small amount of milk to make easy to spread.) Spread over crumbs. Spread half of Cool Whip over this. Mix pudding according to package. Layer pudding over Cool Whip. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle reserved crumbs of cookies over all.
