CASCADILLA 
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped scallion
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. dill weed
4 c. tomato juice
1 c. yogurt (and-or sour cream)
1 chopped sweet pepper
Several fresh raw mushrooms, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper

Combine and chill. Serve with croutons. Garnish with watercress. 4 to 6 servings.
