ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus
1 sm. can LeSueur peas (optional)
1 sm. can mushrooms, pieces or sliced
1 sm. pkg. shredded cheese or 4 slices cheese
Enough Ritz crackers to cover as topping

Spray small to medium casserole with vegetable spray. Put half of asparagus on bottom of casserole, add 1/2 can mushroom, half of cheese and half of peas. Put remainder of asparagus, mushrooms, peas and cheese in layers. Crumble crackers over all and dribble liquid butter over top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in oven hot enough to melt cheese, approximately 325 degrees. 15 to 20 minutes. 4 servings.
