BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen broccoli

Cream Sauce:

3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh pepper

Cook broccoli. Mash then cool and add beaten eggs. Combine flour, butter and milk. Cook over medium heat until thick. Mix mayonnaise and salt and pour into cream sauce. Mix well with spoon or whisk. Pour over broccoli and egg mixture and mix well. Place in buttered mold or 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Place pan of water in oven while baking.
