SKILLET FRENCH BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix yeast with lukewarm water. Set aside. Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Add to water and yeast mixture; stir. Cover. Let rise 1 hour. Stir a little, put dough in greased 10 inch iron skillet. Melt 2-3 tablespoons butter and pour over dough. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from pan immediately and serve.
